Biography
Richard A. Spivey ("Rick") started his practice in the late 1970s after graduating from Cumberland School of Law and practicing in Birmingham, Alabama handling civil and commercial litigation. However, in 1979, Rick found his true calling by returning to his hometown in Kingsport, TN, and starting a practice specializing in criminal law, domestic/divorce work and general litigation. Rick has been named a "Fellow" by the Tennessee Bar Foundation for his accomplishments. Rick is licensed to practice in Tennessee.
